DIJA is an accredited educational institution that specializes in non-formal education courses for adults. The centre has more than 30 years of experience, and it offers informal education programs in Riga and other Latvian cities. We believe that it is important to continue our education process and overall improvement by attending new and interesting courses and seminars that will expand our knowledge and view of life.

As a DIJA centre, we are looking for a collaboration with a partner from Poland (candidates from other countries will also be considered) that specializes in time management. We would like to work together and organize a master class that would provide participants with practical tools and strategies on how to enhance their productivity, set specific goals, and achieve a better work-life balance. We wish to work with a driven professional who is passionate about their work and would like to provide learners with practical strategies and tools that would give them knowledge on how to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks successfully.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with adult education master classes;
• Well oriented in time management techniques and approaches;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Good English language skills. Knowledge in Russian will be considerate as a plus;
• Ability to include and motivate participants by using diverse teaching methods.
