We are looking to connect with institutions to organise job shadowing mobility projects for teachers& staff. 

Let me please briefly introduce our organisation. Intern Europe has been working for nearly 20 years in the field of International mobility with the focus on work placements. Throughout these years, we established a network of 1200+ local organisations that provide meaningful work experiences for international participants coming from grant funded programmes. We can offer a wide breadth of work placements in different sectors: these range from Economics and Business Administration, Environmental Conservation, Aeronautics, Arts and Culture, Nautical and Maritime, Car Mechanics, Surveyors, Hospitality, Food and Beverage industry, Tattoo studios, Social Care, Education, Beauty and Spa, to name few. We would Skype every single participant in advance in order to understand personality, skillset, language level and work preferences – so in that way we can match them with the most suitable work placements. As we have truly supporting and eager host companies, we also have experiences in delivering work placement programmes for ones with special needs too, but whether we could or not accept certain participants, we would have to review it case-by-case. :-)

Alongside with work placements, we also provide accommodation (self-catering or homestay families), 24/7 helpline, monthly social events, programme monitoring with regular meetings and certification with other paperwork. On top of that, we can also book additional things such as language course, cultural trips, airport transfer and commuting tickets. We welcome and support programmes in Belfast, Glasgow and Liverpool.

Besides work placements, we also organise and facilitate mobilities for teacher and staff. Mobilities for teachers and staff are organised to correspond to the specific project topic. In the past, we had projects about school segregation and bullying, integration of special needs into normal classrooms, working with NEETs (not in Education, Employment, or Training), Brexit and Education,  pre-school/VET/Adult Education in the UK and many other tailored programmes for job shadowing activities.
