The rapidly evolving world of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) is redefining how we think about copyright, creativity, and the cultural economy. Recognizing this transformative potential, Culture Hub Bulgaria, INNETICA Spain, and CREATOR Romania have collaborated to create comprehensive recommendations aimed at policymakers and decision-makers across Europe. These recommendations stem from extensive research and interviews with visual and performing artists, cultural institutions, and creative industry stakeholders in Bulgaria, Romania, and Spain.
