We are a Public Library from Galati, Romania with an experience of 130 years, providing  all library services for a community with approximately 230.000 inhabitants.

So far we have implemented projects financed by: Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Electronic Information for Libraries (EIFL), Irex Foundation, National Association of the Public Libraries and Librarians from Romania.

Our aim is to create a lifelong learning enviroment by providing services and resurces for a continuos education for our community.

We are intersted in participating in Erasmus+ strategic partnerships in the field of Adult Education (KA104; KA204).
