In the past, many individuals continued to pursue their career decision (education, occupation, work) they made in a certain period of their lives without experiencing a serious interruption in post-retirement period. Nowadays however, these rapid changes in the world and the shrinkage of the employment opportunities lead individuals to constantly search, act and decide. It made it necessary and compusory for individuals to participate in the life long learning processes in order to acquire a profession or find a job.
