The goal of this activity is to enhance staff competencies and increase the social inclusion of people with disabilities through creative therapies. The course should consist of theoretical and practical modules focused on acquiring knowledge and skills in creative therapies and their application in working with people with disabilities, with the aim of improving staff competencies and promoting the social inclusion of persons with disabilities through creative expression, development, and greater integration into the community.

Through this training, we aim to become qualified in using creative therapeutic methods. The course participants are employees of Inkluzija Šibenik who already have significant experience in social services, education, and working with people with disabilities. However, in order to further improve their practice and support the independent living of service users, they have a need for additional professional development.

We are looking for an organization that can provide courses described above for our four employees for three days.
