EPALE and Erasmus+ conference "Artificial intelligence meets adult education: Promoting innovation, strengthening competences”

In 2025, we would like to celebrate important milestones together with you: 10 years of EPALE and 25 years of the Erasmus+ adult education program.This year's event will focus on promoting skills in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). 

AI has become more than just a technical tool –  it is changing learning processes and presenting adult education with new challenges and opportunities. But what role should adult education play in this development? How can AI break down barriers and create new approaches? Which European initiatives already offer solutions?

We will be discussing these and other questions at the event "Artificial intelligence meets adult education: Promoting innovation, strengthening skills". Experts from science and practice will provide exciting insights into current developments and projects.

Highlights from the program:

• Keynote by Birgit Aschemann (CONEDU): Why adult education needs an active position on AI

• Insights into some practical examples of Ireland

• Exchange and networking in interactive idea and networking pools, including Erasmus+ projects such as AI.D, Simpl4All and AI4AL

• Information about exciting initiatives and projects at the Erasmus+ Corner
