ZIB primarily offers counselling, training/qualification and placement in training or work. In addition, ZIB is a service provider for the application and management of EU-funded projects.

Therefore, ZIB supports recipients of unemployment benefits on their way to training/work and promotes the preservation of jobs with continuing training opportunities.  In line with the general objective, ZIB offers

The customer with his needs and wishes is at the heart of our service. Customers of the ZIB are adult participants of our projects, companies as well as other clients: Federal Employment Agency / Jobcenter / EU / Land NRW. We want to give the customer the feeling of being in good hands in our company. The optimal fulfilment of customer requirements is the goal of our work. That is why we maintain contact with our customers, gladly accept their wishes and suggestions and implement them within our daily work.
