Empowering Adult Educators through Intergenerational practices

The INTEL project (Intergenerational Pedagogies for Adult Learning) is an Erasmus+ project that dedicated to fostering intergenerational pedagogies within adult learning framework. Designed to address the evolving needs of adult educators and learners, this project focuses on enhancing educators’ skills and competences through the creation of an inclusive, interactive, and user-friendly digital tool.
The project proposes the design and development of an inclusive, interactive and user-friendly digital tool which will enrich adult educators’ current skills and competences and equip them with competences that will allow the involvement of intergenerational learning in their educational methodology and strategies.
Project Result 1 - Interactive Training Curriculum
The partnership has been developing a curriculum output and constructing a learning programme based on innovative methodological and pedagogical intergenerational approaches. The Curriculum will be flexible and adaptable to a wide range of contexts, in order to support the effective training of diverse target groups on intergenerational learning. Project Result 2 – INTEL Online Platform
An online, free common space for target groups and stakeholders providing tools and resources to obtain knowledge and practical experience related issues of intergenerational learning. Access the platform here.
Project Result 3 – INTEL Interactive Guidebook
This Guidebook is a comprehensive resource that will work towards the objective of building the professional capacity of practitioners in the field of adult learning. Access the guidebook here.
Info Days!
We are delighted to share the successful dissemination of the project’s news and results during Ino Days held in six European countries: Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, Spain, Italy and Sweden! These events engaged over 20 participants and attracted more than 50 individuals during the final conference in Lithuania. Participants gained insights into the INTEL project, sharing experiences and best practices in adult training and intergenerational learning. The exchange of information left everyone inspired and eager to implement the project’s activities in their professional lives.
