Radosław Czahajda - trainer, researcher, activist. Coordinator of the European Trainers’ Forum community, co-founder of the ‘Impossible’ social innovation incubator. He has conducted over 1500 hours of workshops, trainings and has given speeches for trainers, corporations and NGOs in more than a dozen European countries.

Dr Monika Gromadzka - lecturer, academic tutor, trainer, consultant. She works at the University of Warsaw. She carries out research and educational projects. She cooperates with NGOs and business entities. Furthermore, she is a member of ATA and ESREA. Author of numerous publications on adult education.

Barbara Habrych - teacher, HR expert, business and education trainer. She specialises in staff recruitment and labour market, HR processes, adult learning, tutoring and the development of competencies of the future.

Monika Hausman-Pniewska - trainer of social competencies, educator, supervisor and social animateur. For many years, she has been active in non-governmental organisations. She has close links with the FOSa Federation, where she works and manages a creative team of several dozen people. She focuses on adult education, holistic support of female and male leaders in their environment, organisational development and change.

Marta Kaźmierczak - ACC ICF accredited coach, lecturer at the SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences. Author of the “Coaching in Prison” innovation, which is a method to support the transformation processes in inmates. She specialises in working with long-term prisoners. She also acts as a job coach in job activation projects addressed to disadvantaged groups.

Rafał Kunaszyk - expert in education, labour market, trainer and management consultant, co-owner of family businesses Eurokreator sc and Eurokreator T&C, board member of Family Business Initiative Association, member of the Founders' Council. He is an education and IQS expert, trainer and advisor in the project “Accessible Entrepreneur - training and consultancy in assistive, compensatory and universal design technologies".

Sylwia Kurszewska works at the Lifelong Learning Centre in Sopot. An educator who on a daily basis works as a team coordinator for educational international projects, undertaking initiatives for various social groups. She is the president of the Praca-Edukacja-Zdrowie Association working on behalf of people who are socially excluded or at risk of such exclusion.

Dr Bartek Lis - sociologist and social researcher, culture animateur and educator associated with the Centre for Educational Practices at the Zamek Culture Centre in Poznań. His interests include civic education, audience development, ‘invisible disabilities’, the use of arts in education and social practice, and making cultural institutions accessible to people with disabilities.

Sławomir Łais - educator, learning application designer, author of publications, blogger at praktykatrenera.pl, conference speaker. President of OSI CompuTrain, co-developer of the Learning Battle Cards method and tools. Trainer, consultant in the use of modern technology in teaching. Board member of the Digital Creators Foundation.

Piotr Maczuga has been actively involved in using new technologies in adult education for more than a decade. Co-author of textbooks on webinars, webcasts, knowledge pills and other methodologies, author of training on the use of multimedia in teaching and business and author of a publication on this subject. Dr hab. Małgorzata Rosalska - teacher, career counsellor, professor at the Department of Lifelong Learning and Career Guidance at the Faculty of Educational Studies of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She specialises in educational and career guidance, labour market policy, adult education and educational policy.

Monika Schmeichel-Zarzeczna - arts historian, trainer, librarian. She works at the Municipal Public Library in Lublin. She conducts activities using the latest technologies in education, writes projects and supports the development of people of various ages and representatives  of diversified social groups. Digital competence trainer in Poland-wide training programmes. A member of the LABiB Association, holder of a scholarship funded by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. She runs the bibliotekaaplikacji.com portal.

Karolina Suska - sociologist, trainer, tutor, director of cultural institutions. Graduate of the Jagiellonian University, the PAFF School of Leaders and the Academy of Culture Leaders. Holder of a scholarship funded by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. Rural activist who loves working for local communities, especially conducting activities for women. She is passionate about unlocking the potential in people.

Dr Marcin Szeląg - arts historian, educator, employee of the Faculty of Arts Education and Curational Studies at the University of Arts in Poznań. For several years, he has been committed to cultural education in cultural institutions, especially museums. Co-founder of the Forum of Museum Educators and animateur of scientific and research projects.

Dr. Nina Woderska - teacher, lecturer in psychogerontology postgraduate studies at the University of Wrocław and the University of Health Sciences, employee of the Centre for Senior Initiatives in Poznań and trainer at the CREO Association for the Development of Civic Education.  

Rafał Żak - trainer, speaker, author. He specialises  in the development of people and organisations. He combines attractive message with factual contents that can hardly be faulted. He says that in what he does he notices the difference between a development that is meaningful and development that is an end in itself. He dispels myths, condemns oversimplifications and promotes evidence-based development.
