Norsk høyere utdanning står overfor store endringer. Hvilke krav stiller dette til ledelsen og fagmiljøene ved institusjonene? Hvordan må sektoren utvikle seg for å kunne tilby en mest mulig relevant utdanning i framtiden?

Kvalitetsutvikling i høyere utdanning er den overordnede tematikken for denne konferansen.

Narrare l'adolescenza o prendere le parti della letteratura di settore è certamente un'ardua impresa. Nel tentativo di definire la letteratura di questo settore va premesso che, al di la delle accezioni di marketing editoriale, la letteratura per ragazzi è letteratura a tutti gli effetti.
Nella primavera del 2018 ho avuto in prima persona il piacere di poter esperire ed organizzare un corso di lingua tedesca per adulti presso un centro di formazione professionale della mia città di residenza.        Lo scopo del corso di lingua era ovviamente far conoscere la lingua straniera, ma soprattutto attraverso questa competenza, dare ai discenti una possibilità di lavoro nel multiforme e complesso mondo dell’occupazione (specialmente turistica, ma non solo). Si trattava, infatti, di adulti in stato di disoccupazione o mobilità e l’ente pubblico cercava (e cerca) come fine ultimo di dare a questi cittadini una nuova prospettiva occupazionale.

We are looking for a Crisis Psychology training center for KA104 Adult Education. The training center should include at least one of the following features.

*How can they handle it that in a disaster moment immediately and overtime?

Die vorliegende Masterarbeit untersucht, inwieweit bereits bei Kindern und Jugendlichen der Grundstein gelegt werden kann, die Herausforderungen des Lebenslangen Lernens meistern zu können. Verglichen werden in der Arbeit die Konzepte und Prinzipien der Montessori-Pädagogik mit den Methoden des Lernens am Arbeitsplatz, die dem Lebenslangen Lernen dienen.

K různým způsobům učení patří také pohybová výuka (motor learning): naučení se pohybu a učení se díky pohybu. Od tématu pohybu je jen krůček k běžeckým spolkům. V poslední době vzniká stále více těchto spolků, neboť se velmi osvědčily právě jako prostředek učení. My jsme zkoumali různé aspekty vztahu mezi vzděláváním dospělých a sportu v souvislosti s běžeckými spolky a také jsme si tyto vztahy nechali vysvětlit od expertky paní Aleksy Jovanović, expertky na vzdělávání dospělých.

Train the Trainer

‘Train the trainer’(TRTR) is an essential course for all those promoted to a training supervisory role as well as to all those wishing to refresh/enhance theirTRTR (2) training skills. The course covers a variety of topics which are fundamental for successfully running a course, such as writing a structured training course as well as an overview of effective training skills. Moreover, the course deals with effective training practices and procedures and emphasizes on the importance of body language and voice projection. ‘Train the trainer’ course also covers the pros and cons of classroom training versus individual/one-to-one training and how the trainer can create a fully ‘engaged’ audience and ensure the active participation of all delegates. This course equips the participants with the necessary skills to handle questions and manage difficult trainees. It is ideal not only for those who want to improve their training skills but also those wishing to know the essentials of developing, organizing and running training programmes as well as those involved in the implementation of training policy and improvement of staff competency levels. This is a masterclass course for trainers, teachers in supervisory role, training managers, Human Resources staff and professionals responsible/in charge of the development of staff competence level as an integral part of the overall business development strategy.

Oamenii au o capacitate de învățare uimitoare, dar pe măsură ce îmbătrânim, mai ales la vârsta adultă, motivația noastră tinde să scadă. În copilărie, suntem în mod natural curioși și liberi să explorăm lumea din jurul nostru. Ca adult, ne preocupăm să protejăm ceea ce am învățat pentru a rezista oricărei informații - sau date - care ne-ar contesta părerile și ideile.

Forelæsningsrække: Globalisering og verdensmålene - Benspænd og muligheder frem mod 2030

"Globalisering er et omdiskuteret emne. Det omfatter økonomiske, sociale, miljømæssige, kulturelle og politiske forhold. Globaliseringen er i det 21. århundrede en vigtig faktor bag generelle forandringer i alle lande. Den drives især af teknologiske og økonomiske kræfter,og den skaber både vindere og tabere blandt stater og i befolkninger."

I anledning af 175-året for oprettelsen af Danmarks første højskole udkom bogserien "Højskolens 10 bud", der netop er blevet til en podcastserie bestående af fem samtaleprogrammer. Disse omhandler højskolens allervigtigste idé- og værdigods samt praktiske pædagogik, hvor emner som eksamensfri læring, historiefortælling, fællessang og demokratisk ansvar anno 2019 sættes i perspektiv og til debat.

Abstract:
"The aim of this article is to examine how EU lifelong learning policies are
trying to reach the vulnerable by looking at what measures against social
exclusion they offer and how equitable these measures are. It is a qualitative
study that focuses on policy documents that form the European Union’s legal
and political frameworks of reference in the lifelong learning area since 1992.

Our organization provides education and vocational training to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.  We are looking to be a partner at a KA2 project (KA202 or KA204).  Not ready to coordinate yet, but we can be a great partner to your project.  We are new to the Erasmus Family and are very excited to be part of a project.  Projects we can work with could be on climate change, sports, integration, vocational skills, etc. We are open to new ideas and are willing to work hard for the project.
