Privredna komora Crne Gore organizovala je 30. januara 2020. godine seminar na temu - Komunikacione vještine. Skup je realizovan u cilju unapređenja konkurentnosti zaposlenih.

Uvodnu riječ imao je dr Mladen Perazić, direktor Sektora za obrazovanje i kvalitet Privredne komore Crne Gore. On je rekao da je komunikacija univerzalni način razmjene informacija, misli, stavova, želja.

- Dobre komunikacione vještine, konstruktivno rješavanje konflikata i umjeće slušanja sagovornika su bitni faktori uspjeha u svakodnevnom poslovnom i privatnom životu - naveo je Perazić.

"With the advent of globalization and access to information, social networks came to be widely used by different generations. However, environmental issues have been causing global impacts, as well as issues of social vulnerability. Environmental awareness awakens new consumption habits, implementing a new socially responsible posture. This study aims to analyze the influence of social networks on environmental awareness and the social responsibility of Baby Boomers, Generations X, and Y, in the regions of South and Southeast Brazil.

We are an Adult school from Thessaloniki (Grecce) looking for two partners who would like to recieve teachers involved in international mobility projects (KA 104, job shadowing). We are planning the mobility of 5 teachers within the Erasmus Project to learn new methodologies in the Adult teaching, which might offer us a different point of view to motivate our students to finish their studies and to get integrated in our culture acquiring linguistic competences and knowledge about new technologies. In the same way, we also offer the possibility of receiving other teachers in a nearly future. Efficient & Effective Project Management for EU funded Projects

The ‘Efficient & effective Project Management for EU funded projects’ (PMEU) is a masterclass course that equips all those involved in the management/coordination as well as all those responsible for the technical and financial progress on behalf of their institutions with the required knowledge and expertise in dealing in an efficient & effective manner with the management of EU funded projects. This course is a masterclass course delivered by experts in the area of EC funded projects and it has been designed in an easy-to-follow manner, irrespective of the experience of the delegates in the specific field of study. The course will offer substantial help and benefit to a wide range of individuals, such as project managers, project coordinators, research officers, legal representatives (i.e. school principals, directors) as well as those working in the International Relations Office of Universities, to deal with the ever-demanding needs of reporting and monitoring of EC funded projects. The course covers all important areas of project management, such as obligations related to reporting and visibility of EC funded projects. Moreover, the course offers a comprehensive overview on the various forms of audits as well as tools for efficient & effective monitoring & evaluation. The delegates are benefited from a detailed review and analysis of financial risks and the mitigation measures for dealing with these risks. Finally, the delegates will be offered a ‘hands-on’ experience with two unique case studies which will highlight the amount of work needed during periodic (i.e. annual) reviews and the evaluation of the project during these reviews by EC.

The Adult Learners’ Festival is a nationwide celebration of adult learning taking place from the 2nd – 6th March 2020. AONTAS (the Irish National Adult Learning Organisation) who coordinate the Festival, have released a Communications Toolkit for adult education organisations taking part in the festival. It is designed as a practical resource to help these adult education organisations to promote their work and the Festival.

Lukáš Ľalík žije v Hriňovej a je známy rezbár. Má aj normálnu prácu a začal chodiť na strednú školu. Tam sú z neho nadšení. „Žijem na lazoch, som propagačný výtvarník, vyštudoval som v Banskej Štiavnici a robím svetelné reklamy,“ hovorí Lukáš o sebe. A potom, akoby nič, povie: „Teraz robím betlehem pre Hriňovú, budem to robiť tak dva roky.“

Acesta urmărește intensificarea activităților de advocacy și creșterea gradului de conștientizare a diverselor părți interesate cu privire la învățarea și educația europeană a adulților (ALE) în afara UE. Provocările țărilor europene învecinate cu UE sunt înscrise pe ordinea de zi a cadrelor globale / UE existente, care sunt relevante pentru membrii non-UE ai UEEA în domeniu.

În cadrul reuniunii se va discuta despre problemele de muncă și profesionale referitoare la personalul educațional în contextul învățării pe tot parcursul vieții pentru competențele și obiectivele Decent Work Agenda, cu scopul de a adopta concluzii, inclusiv recomandări pentru acțiuni viitoare. Se va pune accentul pe impactul tehnologiei, cerințele pieței forței de muncă și tendințele globale în activitatea persoanelor din sectorul educației.

Tak, ako je samozrejmosťou, že sa v rôznych printových i aprintových médiách so železnou pravidelnosťou objavujú rôzne módne rubriky, novinky zo sveta automobilov, cestopisy, prierez historickými a súčasnými udalosťami z domova i zo zahraničia, malo by byť samozrejmosťou, aby sa v nich objavovali príspevky s charakterom environmentálnej edukácie pre dospelých. Aj keď dnes, najmä vďaka Gréte Thunbergovej, sa téma ochrany prírody dostáva do povedomia omnoho viac, než to bolo v minulosti, vždy je to primálo na stav environmentálnych politík a hodnoty, ktorými v tejto dobe žijeme.

Hiszpanie wiedzą, jak korzystać z wieloletnich doświadczeń zawodowych (ale nie tylko) swoich seniorów. Tak, żeby po przejściu na emeryturę wciąż mogli czuć się potrzebni. Tego, jak to robić, uczyli edukatorów z Elbląga i regionu. Było to międzynarodowe szkolenie, które odbyło się w dniach od 23 do 26 września w Centrum Spotkań Europejskich „Światowid” w Elblągu w ramach projektu Erasmus+ pn. „Elbląscy edukatorzy dla seniorów”.
