EPALE's thematische focus van juli tot september 2020 ligt op het leren van basisvaardigheden. Basisvaardigheden zijn transversaal. Ze zijn niet alleen relevant voor het onderwijsbeleid, maar ook voor werkgelegenheid, gezondheid, sociaal en milieubeleid. Het opbouwen van samenhangende beleidsmaatregelen die mensen met een behoeft in het lerven van basisvaardigheden ondersteunen, is niet alleen nodig om bijscholing tot een succes te maken, maar ook om te helpen bij het opbouwen van veerkrachtiger en inclusievere samenlevingen.

Az EPALE kiemelt témája 2020. júliustól szeptemberig az alapkészségfejlesztés szerepe az oktatáspolitikában. Az alapkészségek transzverzálisak. Nem csak az oktatási területen van jelentőségük, hanem a foglalkoztatás, egészségügy, társadalmi és környezeti területeken is. A koherens politikai intézkedések kidolgozásához, amelyek támogatják az alapkészségek hiányával küszködő embereket, nem csak az Upskilling Pathways sikeréhez járul hozzá, hanem az ellenállóbb és befogadóbb társadalmak felépítéséhez is.

Občianske združenie AINova sa dlhodobo venuje vzdelávaniu dospelých na úrovni 5 stupňa Európskeho kvalifikačného rámca. Vzdelávanie dospelých sa v ostatných rokoch (2014-2020) stalo intenzívne diskutovanou témou na európskej aj na národnej úrovni. AINova sa zapojila do týchto diskusií  napr. svojím členstvom v Asociácii inštitúcií vzdelávania dospelých a v Platforme mimovládnych rozvojových organizácií, implementáciou projektu Tvoríme modernú politiku vzdelávania dospelých, zapojením sa do siete národných expertov vo VD, ktorí pripravujú podklady pre DG EMPL (Generálne riaditeľstvo pre zamestnanosť, sociálne veci a inklúziu) Európskej komisie.

Der Aufruf zur Erasmus-Akkreditierung ergeht alljährlich, und der Bewertungs- und Auswahlprozess erfolgt durch die Erasmus-Nationalagenturen.  Die Einreichungsfrist für den Aufruf 2020 endet am 29. Oktober 2020. Organisationen, die sich derzeit im Besitz einer gültigen Erasmus+-Mobilitätscharta für die Berufsbildung befinden, können ihre Akkreditierung auf das nächste Programm übertragen, indem sie dem Aufruf folgen. Sie werden dadurch einem stark vereinfachten Selektionsverfahren unterzogen.

Anya travaille dans des bibliothèques depuis 13 ans. Pendant la crise du coronavirus, le personnel de la bibliothèque jonglait entre foyers et maisons de retraite pour passer la journée auprès des résidents âgés et apporter son aide dans diverses tâches, notamment, le ménage, la lessive et les courses, ainsi que des activités de loisirs. Lorsque la crise sera enfin terminée, elle pense que tout ne se passera plus forcément comme avant.

In combating pandemics, more can be gained by changing citizens’ behaviours than by relying solely on the medical route. In the current COVID-19 pandemic, the struggle to contain the outbreak and push back new infection figures will ultimately be won by training citizens how to avoid creating secondary transmission chains. In Turkey, Public Education Center's which are given courses and pieces of training for adults had a break because of COVID-19. I communicated with my students via WhatsApp group. I applied a questionnaire to them. According to the survey, I determined the time of my training with the Zoom program. I continued online training in groups at appropriate times for students. I also enrolled my students in my UDEMY courses. Students continued to learn on UDEMY at any time.

The aim of this study is to examine the benefits of the participation of elderlies in the lifelong learning courses and activities offered by local governments in the context of active aging. The study group was composed of 40 volunteer elderly aged 60 years and above participating in the courses and activities organized at the Elderly Clubs located in Kuşcağız, Planet and Pursaklar affiliated by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. Qualitative research method was applied and in-depth interviews were conducted using semi-structured questionnaires in this study.

According to the Basic Law of National Education, there are a number of characteristics that are required to be found in the individuals who are trained. These are listed as citizenship education, personality training and vocational training. After 12 years of compulsory education, the optional education process begins. Individuals receive higher education or non-formal education according to their preferences. Adult education continues throughout life. Deviant behaviors, complaints, lawsuits and crime rates have been rising in Turkey especially in recent years.
