El pasado mes de diciembre varios profesionales pertenecientes al Servicio de Integración Laboral de FAMDIF/COCEMFE-MURCIA visitaron la ciudad de Gdansk, en Polonia, como parte del proyecto de ERASMUS+: “Dirección para el cambio social en adultos a través de iniciativas de educación no formal”. El principal objetivo de este evento de carácter formativo, al que también asistieron profesionales de, entre otras instituciones, Navicula (Polonia), The Elephant Learning in Diversity (Holanda) y Probens (España); fue el de facilitar la adquisición por parte de los asistentes de conocimientos sobre liderazgo que sean de ayuda a la hora de fomentar el autoaprendizaje en las personas. Con estas acciones formativas dirigidas a los empleados de las diversas instituciones participantes en el proyecto se busca favorecer el cambio social; meta final perseguida por este programa financiado por la Comisión Europea que se encuentra ya en su fase intermedia y cuya siguiente fase, que se llevará a cabo durante los próximos meses, consistirá en la transmisión de los conocimientos adquiridos al resto de los profesionales de FAMDIF/COCEMFE-MURCIA por medio de charlas y cursos internos enfocados a ofrecer a los trabajadores de la institución nuevas herramientas y metodologías de trabajo que faciliten el aprendizaje autónomo de los usuarios interesados en los servicios ofrecidos por la Federación.

Începând cu 25 februarie, ICAE organizează seminarul on-line Rolul și impactul asupra Educației Adulților .  Seminarul virtual va dura aproximativ o lună, pe parcursul căreia se vor transmite o serie de articole și comentarii către participanți, prin intermediul e-mail-ului.

Contribuțiile și comentariile dvs. (maximum 500 de cuvinte) pot fi trimise în engleză, franceză sau spaniolă și vor fi apoi traduse în limba engleză atunci când este necesar.

Este progresivo y profundo cambio demográfico que se está experimentando en Europa ha supuesto cambios en las estructuras económicas, sociales y tecnológicas y se han demostrado en la alteración de las prioridades de la Unión Europea. De este modo, los mayores han sido consolidados como uno de los grupos más vulnerables y desfavorecidos de la sociedad y su inclusión social se ha convertido en un problema prominente.

Cuando nos planteamos cómo nos gustaría que sea nuestra ciudad en el futuro, en cinco, diez años… o en un futuro más lejano, nos vienen multitud de ideas a la mente. Desde aspectos relacionados con la morfología urbana (desarrollo de vías, carreteras, creación de zonas verde, espacios públicos más habitables, etc…) a aquellos relacionados con el ocio (cines, parques, hostelería, etc…) y la cultura (espectáculos, eventos musicales, programas de actividades de museos y centros culturales, etc.).

Το ΣΔΕ Σάμου ολοκλήρωσε με επιτυχία το πρόγραμμα “Integration of refugees in the classroom” ("Ένταξη των προσφύγων στην τάξη"), το οποίο πραγματοποιήθηκε μέσω του προγράμματος κινητικότητας ERASMUS+ του ΙΚΥ. Το πρόγραμμα ξεκίνησε στις 1/9/2017 και ολοκληρώθηκε στις 31/12/2018. Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτή, υλοποιήθηκαν ποικίλες δράσεις με σκοπό την ομαλή προσαρμογή των προσφύγων στο ελληνικό εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα και τον ελληνικό πολιτισμό.

“Education is the most powerful weapon to change the world.” Nelson Mandela Adult education is a subject that raises many doubts, not only for its definition, but also for its purpose. That is, when we talk about Adult Education it is very usual to come across such issues as: What is it? Who is it for? Who are the professionals that can work in Adult Education? The concept of education is mostly associated with learning within the School and is seen as the key to economic development, education is considered a requirement for economic reconstruction and development. Adult education is a comprehensive process that involves formal, non-formal and informal education, which takes place and develops throughout life, that is, all forms of Teaching / Learning that integrates the persons, throughout their existence and their experiences. Education plays a key role, not only for economic development but also, and above all for the development and emancipation of the person, leading him to transform his personal and social reality. Whatever the environment we are talking about, it is now a commonplace to say that one of the conditions of development lies in the quality of human resources at its disposal. Development undoubtedly presupposes the existence of competent men and women at all levels to lead and manage the evolution process, adapted to their context. According to this approach, training, whether initial or continuous, appears as one of the most relevant developmental requirements. Adequate training is now considered the priority of priorities. This is all the more evident as training needs evolve rapidly, due to the necessary updating of knowledge, linked to the dazzling evolution of science and technology. In view of this situation, it is essential to investigate all the ways in which training within a particular medium will be speedily reduced, in particular those which will enable those with technical skills to play a role as trainers in their own , as privileged agents of development. In this course you will discover the differences between each type of learning and the emerging trends of how to motivate and support adults, but above all you will practice and master concrete non-formal activities, work methods and tools that you can use day after day in your classroom. You will learn the profile of the Trainer; What Methodologies and Techniques should be used to keep adults focused and motivated for learning; Innovative Techniques and Methodologies in Adult Education; Methods and Instruments of Evaluation and Monitoring. Naime, oduvijek je čovjek morao učiti tijekom čitava života, ali se do učenje odvijalo uz pomoć specifičnih medija. Na samom početku te povijest čovjek je stalno nastojao usavršiti svoje kompetencije u rukovanju alatima i oružjem. Pojava pisma i tiskanih medija omogućili su da se ljudska znanja zapisuju i tako ostavljaju novim generacijama.

Tato empirická studie se zaměřuje na dopady formálního a neformálního vzdělávání na pocity uspokojení u studentů v kontextu vzdělávání dospělých. Pro účely analýzy byla míra uspokojení rozdělena do dvou částí: pocity obecné spokojenosti a uspokojení ze vzdělávání. V obou částech jsme akcentovali aspekty existenční, mentální, strukturu času, sociální kontakty a znalosti.
