General information

In 2019, the European Commission published a synthesis report on adult learning policy and provision in the EU28. It illustrates  the complexity of adult learning policy and financing frameworks, across the EU Member States, as well as their strengths and weaknesses and the reforms needed in the systems that are in place in Member States.

The synthesis is based on country reports, provided by a network of independent researchers from the Member States, which are available in English below.
