The beginning of the training will give an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other better, after that will follow an introduction of the training program and objectives.
The following session will examine the notion of culture, the relation between the culture and the language and the importance of understanding cultural differences. Thanks to informal methodologies we will analyse some effective intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills required to build relationships.
The last part will focus on strategies for building professional image and establishing relationships as a team member in a globalised workplace.
Each day will finish with reflection session. A final evaluation of the training and a local tour are foreseen for the last day.
