Directorate of People with Disabilities (Engelliler Müdürlüğü) is a service unit of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.  Directorate of People with Disabilities serves all people with visual, hearing, speech-language, orthopaedic and mental impairment, chronic illnesses and mental disorders living in Istanbul. It aims to improve the capacities, environmental conditions and the quality of the life of people with disabilities and support their independence.

We are looking for partners want to take part and develop  projects focused on: disability, social inclusion and vocational trainings for people disabilities.
