Supporting Students with Caring Responsibilities: A Resource for Further Education Providers to Help Young Adult Carers Succeed In Further Education in Wales

This toolkit is a Wales-specific, user-friendly resource.
It was developed by Carers Trust Wales in partnership with the Learning and Work Institute to:
- increase awareness of student carers and their specific needs
- promote existing good practice from colleges and carers services
- offer expert recommendations
- improve outcomes for student carers
This toolkit is a resource for educators working with young adult carers, young carers, parent carers, sibling carers and families.
This resource was published during the 'Caring & Learning' special focus week.
