Due to difficulties with imagination processing, it can be difficult for people with ASD to plan ahead, to life plan, set goals and work toward fulfilment and reaching their full potential. A set of life planning tools, which can be used as young people are prepared to leave school. can assist the process. These would be person centered, with the individual at the centre, and able to voice their dreams and wishes - or in some cases with advocates speaking for them.To be submitted: Erasmus+ KA204
