After the summer break, September was a busy month for adult education in Europe:
The Nordic Council of Ministers is launching a new programme for cooperation between Nordic countries and Northwest Russia, covering a wide range of sectors including education.
Estonian government has designed a plan to provide 14-week programming training to people from different professional backgrounds.
In Bulgaria 52 street cleaners without a degree, aged 30-50, will enter second chance education, thanks to a joint venture by Bulgarian trade union organisations.
