Učna okolja

Včeraj je Center za informiranje, sodelovanje in razvoj nevladnih organizacij (CNVOS) na svoji spletni strani objavil poziv k oddaji prijave za sodelvoanje na letošnjem Festivalu nevladnih organizacij LUPA. Festival bo potekal v sredo, 13. septembra 2017, organizatorji pa vas vabijo, da jim olajšate organizacijo festivala in svoje prijave oddate že do sredine prihodnjega meseca.
Ministrstvo za izobraževanje, znanost in šport je danes na svojih spletnih straneh objavilo vabilo k prijavi dobrih praks na področju odprtega izobraževanja in prosto dostopnih izobraževalnih virov. Izbrane dobre prakse bodo predstavljene na 2. svetovnem kongresu o prosto dostopnih izobraževalnih virih, ki bo septembra potekal v Ljubljani.
Sicer je minilo že nekaj časa, vendar je spomin na letošnjo peto Parado učenja še vedno zelo živ. Odvijala se je pod okriljem Razvojno izobraževalnega centra Novo mesto, v sredo, 17. 5. 2017, na Loki. Novo mesto je bilo eno od 14 krajev v Sloveniji, kjer se je odvijal »sejem« priložnosti za učenje in ustvarjalnost na javnem mestu.

EPALE nenehno ugotavlja potrebe svojih uporabnikov in prepoznava področja za nadaljnji razvoj. V naši nedavni spletni anketi so uporabniki omenili, da si želijo, da bi platforma EPALE ponujala več priložnosti za usposabljanje. EPALE na podlagi teh mnenj razmišlja o možnosti ponujanja množičnih odprtih spletnih tečajev.

V večgeneracijskih hišah se starejši in mlajši s skupnimi dejavnostmi učijo drug od drugega in drug z drugim. V Avstriji je ta nova oblika skupnega življenja, ki je povezana z modelom »velike družine«, še vedno v začetni fazi. Zaželeni bi bili ustrezni državni programi financiranja.

V prvem blogu Kreativno pisanje za odrasle: osebna terapija, umetnostni študij ali družabni dogodek sem opisala nekatere dileme, ki so se pojavile v prvih letih mojega mentoriranja skupine za ustvarjalno pisanje na UTŽO. Potem, ko smo predelale osnovno teorijo pisanja kratkih zgodb, pri čemer smo sledile strukturi in povečini tudi vsebini priročnika dr. Andreja Blatnika Pisanje kratke zgodbe, od prvopisa do natisa, se je okrepila skupinska zavest in o naših nadaljnjih aktivnostih ter uspehih govori moj drugi prispevek.

Razvojno izobraževalni center Novo mesto je vključen v mednarodni projekt Upskillead, ki poteka v okviru programa Erasmus+. Cilj našega projekta je posodobiti kompetence izobraževalcev odraslih na področju IKT in njegovo uporabo v učnem procesu. O naših dosedanjih aktivnostih si lahko preberete v tem prispevku.

Posoški razvojni center je julija 2016 uspešno kandidiral na javnem razpisu »Pridobivanje temeljnih in poklicnih kompetenc 2016 – 2019« (v nadaljevanju PTPK). Operacijo, ki traja od leta 2016 do 2019, sofinancirata Evropski socialni sklad in Ministrstvo za izobraževanje, znanost in šport. Udeleženka Vera Pavlin je ob koncu 120-urnega izobraževalnega programa, ki ga je izvedel Posoški razvojni center v enem izmed podjetij v Zgornjem Posočju povedala: »Ni mi žal, da sem se odločila za izobraževanje in če bi obstajala možnost, bi se ponovno vključila v isti program«. To je stavek, ki si ga vsak učitelj želi slišati ob koncu programa in pove, da je skupino peljal po pravi poti.
»Saj sem šolo že naredila, in tudi v službo ne hodim sem!« pravi gospa J. »Zakaj ne morem pisati daljših tekstov?« me sprašuje gospa V. »Muza me ne obišče«, je bil izgovor za nenapisano domačo nalogo. »Rajši bi pisala pravljice kot kriminalke!« toži gospa A. Kako so udeleženke študijske skupine za Ustvarjalno pisanje Univerze za tretje življenjsko obdobje v Ljubljani razrešile omenjene "težave", si preberite v tem spletnem dnevniku.
V zadnjih nekaj letih so si družabni mediji postopoma izborili pomembno vlogo na področju poklicnega usmerjanja in postali osnovna delovna orodja številnih svetovalcev. Stroka si ni enotna glede uvedbe in uporabe družabnih medijev za izvajanje dnevnih aktivnosti in komunikacijo.
Program PUM-O povezuje mlade, ki imajo status dijaka, udeleženca izobraževanja odraslih, brezposelne osebe ali iskalca zaposlitve ter mlade, ki se pri izobraževanju srečujejo s težavami, so prekinili šolanje in nimajo zaposlitve. O projektu, ki ga izvaja PUM-O Ajdovščina, poimenovali pa smo ga kar Trajk bajk, si preberite v prispevku, ki sva ga pripravili mentorica in udeleženka programa.
