Kurzemes plānošanas reģions ir uzsācis īstenot Erasmus + projektu “Uzņēmības gara veicināšana ģimenēm”. Projekts veidots, lai Kurzemes reģiona pašvaldību pieaugušo izglītotājiem būtu iespēja dalīties pieredzē un gūt jaunas idejas uzņēmības veicināšanā.
Kopīgās intereses visiem partneriem ir darbs ar ģimenēm. Projekta rezultātā iecerēts izveidot labās prakses apkopojumu “Kā veicināt uzņēmības garu ģimenēm”.

NSS, KOSGEB and VAN Metropolitian Municipality open entrepreneurship course for women entrepreneurs.
The characteristics of the participants are as follows:
1. To be at least primary school graduate,
2. To be over 13 years of age,
3. To have cognitive, physical and mental characteristics to perform the tasks and competencies required by the course program.

A gazdasági folyamatok napjainkban túlmutatnak a szervezeti határokon, hálózatokban zajlanak, így a tanulás kérdéskörét is érdemes ebben a tágabb kontextusban vizsgálni. A tanulás témakörében született tanulmányok javarészt a szervezeteken belüli, illetve a szervezetek közötti tudásátadásra koncentrálnak, a hálózati tanulás kevésbé kutatott terület. Eme szakirodalmi összefoglaló olyan hazai és nemzetközi kutatásokat vizsgál az utóbbi évekből, amelyek nemcsak szervezeti, hanem szervezetközi és hálózati szinten is elemezték a tanulás jelenségét.
Privredna komora Crne Gore, u saradnji sa Sekretarijatom za preduzetništvo Glavnog grada Podgorice, 5. novembra 2019. organizovala je seminar: „Profesionalni pristup obavezama u savremenom poslovanju".
Tokom seminara, učesnici su bili u prilici da sagledaju razvoj i proces profesionalnog pristupa u savremenom poslovanju iz tri ugla: stvaranje organizacione kulture i prihvatanje promjena, liderska pozicija i upravljanje sobom kroz pristup obavezama i kanalisanje stresa. Takođe, predstavljene su vještine neophodne za unaprijeđenje kompetencija zaposlenih.

Svi smo svjesni da je jedan od gorućih problema na našim prostorima nezaposlenost (mladih). Završimo škole, očekujemo da smo naučili sve što je trebalo i sad samo treba naći dobar posao, kad ono – škola tek počinje. Kroz iskustvo uviđamo da se teorija koju smo stekli u školama, nije dotakla nekih tema koje odlučuju o našoj karijeri kao što su: komunikacija, prodaja, samopouzdanje, verbalna i neverbalna komunikacija i mnoštvo drugih.

Privredna komora Crne Gore je 16. oktobra 2019. godine, u saradnji sa Upravom za kadrove, organizovala okrugli sto na temu „Wellbeing na radnom mjestu – novi trendovi u upravljanju ljudskim resursima – iskustva Finske“.
Skup, održan u okviru projekta „Mreža evropskih preduzetnika“, bio je namijenjen vlasnicima preduzeća, direktorima, HR rukovodiocima i menadžerima.
Direktor Sektora za obrazovanje i kvalitet Privredne komore prof. dr Mladen Perazić pojasnio je da pojam „wellbeing“ u engleskom jeziku označava stanje psihofizičkog zdravlja i zadovoljstva.

International cooperation is part of the work of many life-long learning organisations in the European civil society sector. Nevertheless, many are not yet involved in international partnerships or could not implement international cooperation successfully. However, international cooperation could help the organisations to initiate internal learning processes and spark innovation. This is the general idea of European cooperation programmes like Erasmus+. Some civil society organisations are utilizing the possibilities of these programmes, but more are routinely applying for funding without success or have never even tried. As anyone who has ever reached out for such financial support knows, these applications require time and personnel in order to be successful. Therefore, starting international projects is a challenge, but implementing them can be an even more daunting task. Project managers need support and specific skills if they are working internationally. In which way do the organisations’ management departments support their international project managers? First-time international project managers especially need help as they are most often not prepared to work in an international environment.
