During 2018-2020, Klaipeda University, together with partners from Latvia, Estonia and Sweden, is implementing the project "Adult educators' competence training for development of immigrants and asylum seekers' digital entrepreneurship", funded by Nordplus Adult programme (Project Nr. NPAD-2018/10080). In the article the innovative didactical approaches for the development of adults’ entrepreneurship competencies are highlighted. The approaches highlighted could be of a major interest for adult educators, who teach in various entrepreneurship development programmes. The article discusses various classifications of didactical approaches with respect to the development of entrepreneurial capabilities. In the result, the list of field-based and classroom-based learning methods is presented. The methods could be applied in adult education programmes.
