The Frontline Network Annual Conference 2019 will be taking place in London on 20 June and will be hosted by St Martin-in-the-Fields Charity. Having responded to the 2018 Annual Frontline Worker Survey, many people stated that their wellbeing affects how they interact with clients. As a result, the conference will focus on the theme of ‘Wellbeing on the Frontline’ and the afternoon will be dedicated to a series of workshops exploring frontline worker wellbeing.
Time: 9:45-16:30
Date: Thursday 20 June 2019
Location: Mary Ward House Conference Centre, 5-7 Tavistock Place, London, WC1H 9SN
St Martin-in-the-Fields understands that amongst funding cuts, organisational and welfare reform, it can be a challenge to maintain morale and good wellbeing. This can lead to burnout and have a negative impact on workers, so the charity has decided to commit to a sustained focus on wellbeing.
The event will draw together workers from across the UK and present plenty of networking opportunities. The conference page on Eventbrite delivers a detailed agenda and also discusses the different workshops that will be taking place during the afternoons. Attendees will be able to choose one workshop in the morning and in the afternoon.
