    The solution to this problem in Turkey is very easy. You can receive the training programs of each higher education institution via e-information. If this system is available in Europe, you should send an e-mail to the higher education institutions that you have identified about adult education. A little tiring but the most effective way

    Türkiye'de bu sorunun çözümü çok kolay. Her yükseköğretim kurumunun eğitim programlarını e-bilgilendirme ile alabilirsiniz. Eğer bu sistem Avrupa'da mevcut ise, yetişkin eğitimi hakkında tanımladığınız yüksek öğrenim kurumlarına bir e-posta göndermelisiniz. Biraz yorucu ama en etkili yolu

    As I think the focus of the research is on HE, the researcher may be best going through your links at OFFA or the universities, particularly the OU.
