Nowdays, Con.Sol. combines over 20 social cooperatives located in Abruzzo Region and Molise Region (central and southern Italy). We are CPIA di Salerno - an Adult Education Centre based in Salerno, in the south of Italy, a state school open to Italian and foreign citizens aged 16 and over. Our students include both young NEETs and unemployed adults at risk of social exclusion, as well as migrants and asylum seekers. We also operate in prison.

We are an Adult Centre in The South of the beautiful island of Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands. We are at the moment planning a K1 project as part of an organization of three Main Adults Educational Centres in the South of Gran Canaria. EGInA is a training agency accredited at the Umbria Region (Italy) for the provision of initial, continuous and permanent vocational training.

We receive international students, teachers and trainers during the whole year. Courses are offered in three different editions and with different formats. Each course is structured so that it is possible to attend the basic level (20 hours in 7 days) or the advanced level (40 hours in 14 days). Courses are organized in March, June, September and November.

As an entrepreneur there is a lot to keep in mind when you are first starting out, especially in a new country. This course was created to help a migrant or refugee, make the best start. By the end of this course the entrepreneur should feel more confident about their start-up idea and the next steps in the process. It can be completed online at one's own pace and convenience. Jest to problem, który często pozostaje niezauważony w Wielkiej Brytanii, gdzie nie spodziewamy się takich przestępstw. Jednak przy coraz większej liczbie zgłaszanych przestępstw związanych z niewolnictwem i ponad 130 000 ludzi żyjących jako współczesni niewolnicy w Wielkiej Brytanii, jest to o wiele większy problem, niż się spodziewano. W odpowiedzi Northern College ogłosił Program Wolnego Myślenia, który umożliwia uczniom, którzy przeżyli współczesne niewolnictwo i handel ludźmi, zdobycie wykształcenia i cieszenie się pobytem studenckim w niepełnym wymiarze godzin podczas ukończenia studiów. Stanowi to drugą część dwuczęściowego postu na blogu.

Jest to problem, który często pozostaje niezauważony w Wielkiej Brytanii, gdzie nie spodziewamy się takich przestępstw. Jednak przy coraz większej liczbie zgłaszanych przestępstw związanych z niewolnictwem i ponad 130 000 ludzi żyjących jako współczesni niewolnicy w Wielkiej Brytanii, jest to znacznie większy problem, niż się spodziewano. W odpowiedzi Northern College ogłosił Program Wolnego Myślenia, który umożliwia uczniom, którzy przeżyli współczesne niewolnictwo i handel ludźmi, zdobycie wykształcenia i cieszenie się pobytem studenckim w niepełnym wymiarze godzin podczas ukończenia studiów. To część pierwsza dwuczęściowego postu na blogu.

adult education and migrants' inclusion

We are a state school for adult education in Altamura- Bari, in the sunny and beautiful southern Italy. Our school is named CPIA 2 BARI -Provincial Centre for Education and Training in Adult Age, a state school open to Italian and foreign citizens from 16 years old and over. We also run courses in the local prison. Our training offer includes language and social integration courses for foreigners; courses aimed to achieve the degree at the end of the first and second cycle of education; courses open to citizens to improve different skills. We are looking for several organisations similar to our own. We would like to share experiences of job shadowing relating to integration and inclusion of migrants, adult education and new learning methodologies. The teachers would like to expand the European dimension of the school and enrich their training by observing and sharing good practices with European colleagues in job shadowing experiences.

LOOKING FOR JOBSHADOWING ADULT EDUCATION

CEPA Orcasitas is a "Second Chance" Adult School located in Madrid, Spain. It is supported by the Spanish Ministry of Education. We are applying for a KA104 Erasmus+ and we are looking for an European school with similar training in order to do “job shadowing” and exchange ideas and best practice.
