This policy brief presents findings and recommendations from a family literacy programme implemented in Roma communities in Romania (Cluj-Napoca), Montenegro (Podgorica) and Solvakia (Dolny Kubin) in 2014. The policy brief was produced within the project Literacy cubed - Focus on Roma Families, funded under the Lifelong Learning Programme’s Key Activity 1 (KA1), which gave support to projects using transnational co-operation to develop lifelong learning measures for Roma integration. KA1 also raised awareness of the need to combat prejudice against socially and ethnically marginalised people and communities.
