Applicant organisation needed for Erasmus + KA2 project on Family Learning

CPIP Romania - Center for Promoting Lifelong Learning is preparing a project application on family learning and needs a promoter for the project who is willing to submit the application at their National Agency. All the administrative and development work will be done by CPIP. The project applicant should have previous experience in coordinating EU funded projects and solid expertise in the field of adult education/basic skills for adults. 

The Entrepreneurial Learning (EL) strategy aims to boost everyone’s confidence about entrepreneurial ventures in a way that will enable them to have a full and effective part in the future development of the economy and community. Entrepreneurship is a way of thinking and behaving, it is about identifying opportunities, assembling a team, gathering resources, being positive, being resilient, taking risk, and building for the future.

 Στον σύγχρονο κόσμο, οι άνθρωποι χρειάζονται ευκαιρίες για να αναπτύξουν και να αξιοποιήσουν τις δεξιότητές τους καθώς κινούνται μεταξύ θέσεων απασχόλησης, μορφών εργασίας και προγραμμάτων περαιτέρω κατάρτισης. Το Ευρωπαϊκό Πλαίσιο Προσόντων (ΕΠΠ) αποτελεί ακρογωνιαίο λίθο της συνεργασίας μας ώστε οι δεξιότητες και τα προσόντα των ανθρώπων να καταστούν πιο κατανοητά και να αναγνωρίζονται όταν μετακινούνται είτε στη χώρα τους είτε στο εξωτερικό για εργασία ή σπουδές.

Ur förordet till rapporten: Vuxenutbildningen fyller flera viktiga funktioner i det svenska utbildningssystemet. Den ska ge elever med oavslutad skolgång en andra chans. Den ska förbereda eleverna på ett liv som medborgare och den har en arbetsmarknadsförberedande funktion, inte minst vad gäller nyanländas etablering på arbetsmarknaden. Sverige har ett relativt omfattande system för vuxenutbildning och antalet elever inom den här typen av utbildning är till exempel större än inom gymnasieskolan.

Намаляването на младежката безработица е фундаментален проблем за всички държави - членки на Европа. Подобряването на професионалната ориентация (от която професионалните консултации са много важна част) се преценява като основен инструмент за придобиване на познание, капацитет и компетенции, в частност при пълнолетните млади хора от уязвими групи.

Financiado por el programa Erasmus+, durante los 24 meses de duración de este proyecto, socios de Lituania, Bulgaria, Turquía y España han cooperado para la elaboración de un curso online sobre competencias clave para el mercado laboral. El curso se estructura en 4 módulos formativos; cada uno correspondiente a una competencia clave: emprendimiento, gestión del estrés, creatividad y comunicación efectiva para el empleo.
