ETKA Andras on täiskasvanute koolitaja kutsete andja olnud 2004. aastast, seega 15 aastat. ANDRAS on üks neist organisatsioonidest, kes on Kutsekoja konkursil „Tunnustatud kutse andja 2019“ tunnustamiseks esitatud kui eeskujulikud hindamise korraldajad. 

Training Plan for course on free and open source software (FOSS) for small and medium enterprises. This European project initiative aims to help to promote the use of FOSS in business. The purpose of this course is to provide you with an overview of the most important FOSS concepts and solutions that are available today for you to consider and use in your own business. The course is broken down into 5 main units with sub-topics in each unit. Each individual unit contains a summary in advance of a series of lessons on the topic.

The FOSS-BU competence profile outlined here aims to identify and select the knowledge, skills and competences specifically related to the usage of FOSS in the business sector, in full compliance with the ECVET system outlined by the European Commission.

This Synthesis Report is meant to collect and put together the results of the six different Country Reports (for Greece, Germany, Italy, UK, Ireland and Sweden) developed by the partners of the FOSS4SMEs project. Each Country Report, as the main deliverable foreseen by the IO1/A1 ‘Research’ phase, comprises an overarching and comprehensive overview about the different national situations with relation to the usage of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) within SMEs across Europe.

Need partnes for an exchange of good pratice about skills of youth workers in the field of education, sport

We are looking for partners for an exchange of practices to create a tool that allows facilitators to find employment opportunities. It would involve building a tool that allows people to identify their skills, promote their professional profile and be networked with potential sports / animation employers.

In fact, even though sports and animation-related professions are experiencing significant growth, job offers are not very visible, making recruitment difficult. We want to set up a project that allows the matching of training, professionals, recruiters on the same territory.

Current global trends are demanding from companies, decision makers and other stakeholders to understand their responsibility and the importance of sustainable development. There is a great need for more guidelines, information, tools and training, especially when it comes to the SDGs and similar efforts towards building more sustainable, resilient and inclusive societies.

La formation en situation de travail comporte de nombreux aspects, allant de l'apprentissage informel à des programmes d'apprentissage et de formation structurés qui sont parfois complétés par des séminaires dans un établissement scolaire, supérieur ou non. L'Institut fédéral de l'enseignement et de la formation professionnels (BIBB) et le Centre international pour l'enseignement et la formation techniques et professionnels de l'UNESCO ont publié conjointement une anthologie qui sert de guide pour la recherche, la pratique et le cadre politique, venant ainsi éclaircir ce vaste domaine.

Vom 8. bis 15. September 2019 fand in Frankreich die 6. Ausgabe des landesweiten Aktionstags gegen Analphabetismus statt. In diesem Jahr stand die nationale Kampagne unter dem Motto  „Wenn man lernt, ist schon der kleinste Fortschritt ein Sieg“, und es wurden die Siege gegen Analphabetismus gewürdigt, indem individuelle Geschichten präsentiert wurden.

From 8 to 15 September 2019 the 6th edition of the National Days of Action against Illiteracy (JNAI) took place. This year, the theme of the national campaign was: “When we are learning, the slightest progress is a victory”, honouring victories over illiteracy, and recognising people’s progress through portraits.

V dnešním uspěchaném světě je i přes veškerou snahu pro řadu manažerů stále obtížnější efektivně zvládat náročné úkoly a výzvy, které před nimi stojí. Raport "Kompetencje przyszłości" przygotowany został na zlecenie Polskiego Funduszu Rozwoju i Google w ramach programu Projektanci Innowacji PFR. Badanie przeprawdzono na 1128 uczestnikach warsztatów design thinking zorganizowanych przez PFR i Google pod koniec 2018 roku w kilkunastu mniastach w Polsce. Ideą projektu był zgromadzenie na warsztatach osób reprezentujących różne umiejętności i branże zachęcenie ich do wspólnego rozwiązywania problemów i twórczego sieciowania.
