EPALE fokusā: kā iekļaut sociāli mazaizsargātas iedzīvotāju grupas?

EPALE tematiskajā fokusā no augusta līdz septembrim ir sociāli mazaizsargāto iedzīvotāju iekļaušanas jautājumi. 

Pēdējo desmit gadu laikā sociālā iekļaušana un pieaugušo sociālā atstumtība ir starp nozīmīgākajām problēmām, ar ko sastopas ES dalībvalstis. Pieaug iedzīvotāju skaits, kas cieš no dažādām nestabilas sociālās, ekonomiskās un politiskās situācijas radītām sekām, kas skar gan Eiropas Savienību, gan tās kaimiņvalstis. Daļa pieaugušo ir pakļauti īpašam atstumtības (marginalizācijas) riskam, piemēram, cilvēki, kam ir veselības sarežģījumi vai mācīšanās grūtības, priekšlaikus skolu pametušie, etnisko minoritāšu pārstāvji, bezpajumtnieki, patvēruma meklētāji un iebraucēji.

EPALE mēs esam pārliecināti, ka Eiropas valstu pieaugušo izglītības sistēmas ir spējīgas apmierināt šo pieaugušo specifiskās izglītības vajadzības un uzlabot iedzīvotāju dzīves apstākļus.     Programas de Inclusão para Literacia Digital(PILD) como o que tem o município de Lisboa, contribuem sem dúvida para que pessoas em risco de exclusão social, como migrantes, refugiados e/ou desempregados, possam adquirir competências digitais fundamentais para a sua participação na sociedade, criando mais oportunidades para procura de emprego, por exemplo. São 10 as competências que podem desenvolver, através de cursos gratuitos, que decorrem entre Outubro e Dezembro de 2019 em diversos equipamentos da cidade de Lisboa.

    Our transnational partnership (Northern Ireland, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Scotland) is actively involved in setting up an accredited blended learning and online course for trainers in cultural awareness. We anticipate that many of the newly qualified trainers will be from ethnic minority backgrounds, and that there will be beneficial outcomes across Europe in terms of appreciation of diversity, development of Citizenship skills and greater social inclusion of newcomers.     Obiectivul principal atat la nivel national cat si european, este ca toţi cetăţenii să aibă oportunităţi egale de a participa în societate, să fie apreciaţi şi valorizaţi, să trăiască în demnitate, iar nevoile lor elementare să fie satisfăcute şi diferenţele respectate. În acest context, incluziunea socială a grupurilor vulnerabile și reducerea numărului de persoane expuse riscului de sărăcie sau excluziune socială , conform țintelor asumate la nivel european, reprezintă rezultatul principal vizat de politicile si strategiile din domeniu.
