Abstract:
"The aim of this article is to examine how EU lifelong learning policies are
trying to reach the vulnerable by looking at what measures against social
exclusion they offer and how equitable these measures are. It is a qualitative
study that focuses on policy documents that form the European Union’s legal
and political frameworks of reference in the lifelong learning area since 1992.
The document analysis has been complemented by semi-structured interviews
with EU lifelong learning experts. The findings show that early school

We are interested to be a partner in your KA204 or KA205 projects, we can offer best practice and trainings related to soft-skills, self-development and leadership topics. We also have experiences leading Erasmus+ project (we are recently leading partner and partner of different projects).

Education at a Glance se snaží popsat stav vzdělávání v celém světě. Přináší data o struktuře, financích a efektivitě vzdělávacích systém v zemích OECD, ale i v řadě dalších partnerských zemí. Najdete zde více než 100 grafů a tabulek znázorňujících různé aspekty vzdělávání a také odkazy na různé databáze dat o vzdělávání. Publikace přináší také vhled do dopadu, jaký má vzdělávání v různých zemích, věnuje se přístupu ke vzdělávání a účasti na něm, finančním zdrojům a fungování škol  vzdělávacích institucí.

Vydání pro r. 2019 se rozsáhle věnuje terciálnímu vzdělávání.

På vilka sätt kan vi lära oss av samverkanssatsningar som görs mellan högskola och det omgivande samhället? Cecilia Bjursell ENCELL har tillsammans med Anna-Carin Ramsten på Vinnova tittat på hur forskning, utbildning och innovation nu tar plats i samverkan, något som de beskriver i rapporten Innovativ utbildningssamverkan för livslångt lärande.

България ще продължи да изпълнява Европейската програма за учене на възрастни и през периода 2020-2021 година. Всички действия на националния координатор ще са насочени към надграждане и доразвиване на основните резултати, продукти и инструменти, създадени през предходни периоди от изпълнението на Програмата.

В края на м. ноември и началото на м. декември 2019 г. екипът на националния координатор в изпълнение на Европейската програма за учене на възрастни проведе поредица от уебинари за новосъздадените областни координационни групи.

Политиката в сферата на образованието в България, както в повечето страни по света, си е поставила за цел осигуряване на равен достъп до качествено образование на всички ученици, независимо от техния социално-икономически статус. Равенството в образованието се разбира в контекста на отличните постижения.

Sous l’impulsion du coordinateur français, le consortium des partenaires VITIMOB s’est constitué sous la forme originale d’un « méta-cluster européen » composé d’entreprises apprenantes d’envergure, engagées dans la viticulture et l’inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap. 

Настоящият доклад е изготвен в изпълнение на Проект No 592041-EPP-1-2017 -I-BGEPPKA3-AL-AGENDA “Националните координатори в изпълнение на Европейската програма за учене на възрастни”.
В него са представени резултатите от проучване на уменията, необходими за успешна реализация на пазара на труда, проведено сред работодатели и безработни лица в периода септември-октомври 2018 г.
Проучването е част от национален консултативен процес със заинтересовани страни за подготовка на документ с пътища и мерки за подобряване на уменията на възрастните.

Przez ostatni rok zachęcałam na EPALE do stosowania różnych nieoczywistych technik ewaluacyjnych. Jedną z zachwalanych przez mnie była „gadająca ściana”. IV Forum Edukacji Dorosłych było doskonałą okazją, by ją zastosować w praktyce i zebrać na gorąco informacje zwrotne od uczestników poszczególnych sesji.

Con motivo de la Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre Cambio Climático (COP25), el Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional ha organizado varios eventos dirigidos a concienciar de la importancia que supone cuidar el planeta en el que vivimos, y cómo desde la educación podemos construir una percepción más realista de los riesgos climáticos y comprender mejor nuestras vulnerabilidades. Solo desde la educación podemos generar el profundo cambio cultural y social que propicie la configuración de un modelo de desarrollo sostenible.

Väitöstilaisuus: Etnografinen tutkimus kansalaisopiston yhteisöteatterihankkeista sosiaalisen pääoman vahvistajina

Järvilakeuden kansalaisopiston rehtori Leea Kedon kasvatustieteen väitöskirja ”Eihän ne ihmisiä kummempia oo. Etnografinen tutkimus kansalaisopiston yhteisöteatterihankkeista sosiaalisen pääoman vahvistajina" tarkastetaan Jyväskylän yliopistossa (Kokkolan yliopistokeskus) perjantaina 13.12. klo 12 alkaen.

Kedon väitöstutkimus osoittaa, että Järvilakeuden kansalaisopistossa toteutetut yhteisöteatterihankkeet lisäsivät alueellista yhteistoimintaa ja luottamusta, kun väki liikkui yli kunta- ja murrerajojen.

A jelentés áttekintést nyújt a felnőttkori tanulás megújított európai menetrendje (2011–2018) keretében elért eredményekről, és meghatározza azokat a felmerülő kérdéseket és prioritásokat, amelyeket figyelembe lehet venni a 2020 utáni időszakban. Összefoglalja az EU szintjén tett kezdeményezéseket, valamint információt nyújt a felnőttkori részvétel és tanulás tendenciáiról és fejleményeiről az EU tagországokban 2011 óta.

From a lifelong learning perspective, education during incarceration is crucial for prisoners’ rehabilitation. This article describes the authors’ development of their Perceived Barriers to Prison Education Scale (PBPES) and examines what deters prisoners from participating in education during their incarceration, how their perceptions differ depending on gender, age, educational level, learning difficulties, length of prison sentence, and whether the prisoners express a desire to participate in education or not.
