Rethinking workforce development for adult educators
Taal: en
Adult learning is recognised as having an important role to play in supporting successful communities and economies. It has a positive impact on our health, our ability to gain employment and progress at work and to contribute to society. Critical for maximising the impact of adult learning are the skills, knowledge and attitudes of the workforce that delivers it. For that reason, Learning & Work Institute has been working with partners from across the sector to explore what needs to be done to support the teachers, managers, volunteers, leaders and others who make up the adult learning workforce.
