    Taal: en

According to Dave Hagendyk from L&W Cymru ‘a Personal Learning Account could make a big difference to you!’ For learners aged over 19 who are in employment but earning under £26,000 a year, a Personal Learning Account is a great way to gain a higher level of skills or switch careers by accessing part-time study on specific courses. Currently being piloted in two colleges in Wales, it is hoped that it will become available in a wider range of sectors and geographical areas.
