2012 The Plungė Municipal Clock Tower Library began a new life, due to the fact, that the library was moved to the reconstructed castle with a clock tower . The clock tower, and now the library are part of the ensemble of Duke Mykolas Oginskis' estate which is located in the city park. As the librarians was neccessary to adapt new environment, the real propose of being located in the cultural objects and  be aware of new oportunities and trends. Also becoming a part of well known ensemble (Oginskis) for tourist it had to become an open place for tourist, thought-out what stories should be told, what to show  and how to be hospitable. The library's concept (services) spread widely and project related with tourism, recreation, cultural heritage could be in search and implemented. Library 'took a stroll' and in 2015 implemented project 'Plungė smart Park'.  Created the virtual educational – cognitive program (website format) of Plungė park, which is also applied for mobile devices and tablets (www.plungesparkas.lt). This program has virtual map and three VIRTUAL tours of the park: fauna, flora and cultural objects.  In the virtual program are introduced 87 objects most of them have not been marked nowhere previously. Basically, was created the program for local community and tourists to find out about the things that park has.  Now you walk around the park and you get the information about the trees, plants, cultural objects and even about the objetcs that no longer exist in the park.  In addition to helping boost tourism and the local economy, librarians wanted to be sure that the virtual tour would educate the people of Plunge about the environment and raise awareness about the importance of environmental protection and sustainability. They also wanted the virtual tour to attract visitors to the park - for a real life experience.

However librarians are steel seeking for an experienced organizations in adult education, awarness of sustanability in enviroment, importances in cultural heritage and develop new approaches, opening a range of different angles to access cultural heritage content. To improve the conditions and standards of supply and use of the cultural heriatge of the sites, it is necessary to enhance the services related to culture, exhibition activities, cultural and recreational events with particular refrence to technological innovation.
