We are cooperating with one Lithuanian social enterprise that has launched a non-formal adult learning pilot program for people from vulnerable groups facing long term unemployment. It aims to train build and foster social entrepreneurship skills in the field of activities, related to the green economy (through working with plants, natural agriculture, zero waste, ecotherapy, environmental protection, gardening and etc)

We are applying to the Nordplus Adult program and putting together a project proposal to develop a non-formal adult learning methodology based on best international practices and therefore we are looking for partners from Baltic or Nordic countries.
The profile of the partners we are looking for:
1) Organisations who have experience in creating methodologies for non-formal adult learning, such as educational institutions, adult learning professional centers or similar;
2) Organisations, social enterprises or similar that use plants as a tool or field of activities for various educational adult non-formal learning activities.
