The Mediterraneo Culinary Center is a cooking, gastronomy, dietetics and nutrition vocational and training school based in Valencia capital, Valencian Community, Spain.
As a VET school, we have a wide experience in European projects, both as hosting institution for KA1 projects, and also as partner in KA2 projects.
Most of our projects are focused on promotion of employability and promotion of youth exchange mainly in tourism and hospitality sector, but not only.
Actually we are working on various KA2 projects with partners in Latvia, Greece, Italy, Estonia, Austria, Lithuania, Poland, etc., based on cooking and gastronomy, intercultural communication, environmental issues and agriVET field. We are open to many other topics in interdisciplinary fields regarding VET subjects and education in general.
