Taal: EN
Document available also in: ET

Gepost door Robert Livingston

This resource is an article describing an intensive workshop on youth work held in Narva, 2018 by the NGO Vitatiim. The workshop was on both meeting and moving beyond the European Union's 2020 goals. The document describes the key concepts touched on during the workshop and provides an overview of issues and factors effecting the world of work. Also included is a brief outline of the key competences identified by the European Union. The organisations involved are profiled, with special attention to the activities of each that attempt to address the E.U.'s key competences and the changing nature of work. The document attempts to provide a perspective of good practice for youth workers and non-formal educators interested in addressing the labour market and the future of work or for those interested in providing workshops on a similar topic.
