Digital competence framework – A Teacher for the Digital Age publication was created to support teachers from the education system in Serbia in the process of integrating digital content into their teaching practice. The document lists and defines the skills, goals and expected outcomes that form the corpus of digital competences for the teaching profession. Teachers can use the document to assess their own skills and reflect on their own practice as well as identify the next steps of their professional development. For trainers, this document can be useful for improving the quality and relevance of professional development programs, while decision-makers can use it to evaluate and revise existing regulations and create support programs.
