Starting-Block

Starting-Block is a french non- profit organisation that promote citizenship and solidarity. Our actions promote the discovery of other cultures and other ways of thinking and the development of critical thinking.

We design and organize workshops for children, teenagers, students and adults to offer spaces to express themselves, debate and broaden their reflexions about social, environmental and political issues. We also design playful and engaging awareness-raising tools on a wide range of subjects.

Education for citizenship and international solidarity is a pedagogical approach that promotes individual and collective commitment for a sustainable and fair society. Its goal is to improve the understanding of the complex interactions between social, political and economical world issues and the need for solidarity between social groups and communities.
