The DIMA project envisions the development of a practical and innovative toolkit for developing, implementing and monitoring Adult Education strategies, policies and practices. The project aims to infuse contemporary practices and develop effective strategies for increasing adult participation (25-64 years old) in education and training in a lifelong learning perspective. Moreover, the project aims to enhance basic skills for specific adult target groups and increase incentives for adult training.
