It is logical that children are fastest learners, as they are curious in nature. The majority of adults accepts novelties with difficulties and firmly adhere to previously learnt things and information, which is unacceptable in today’s world of digitalization.

Instead of supporting the culture of learning, the majority of employers are obsessed with the results, incessantly expecting greater productivity and work, which may become the largest obstacles to curiosity and learning.

Removal of weaknesses
If we want to specialize for something new, we have to work on our weaknesses i.e. focus on something we do not know how to do. Our new strengths may only be developed by working on our weaknesses.
Learning from others
We frequently opt for learning during various trainings, but greatest learning opportunities are from the colleagues at the work place. Although formal learning develops the skills only in certain area of profession, spontaneous and social learning is more efficient for the acquisition of new habits and development of practical knowledge. The seeking of advice should not be regarded as a weakness, but the possibility of learning from others, through which process we always may learn something about ourselves.
The conclusion is that learning process should never stop. Regardless of our recent achievements and our current level of professionalism, our future depends on our capability to continue learning, particularly to apply digital technologies.
