The paper is one of results of the VOTRIS project implemented within Erasmus+ Programme. The main goal of the VOTRIS project was successful transfer of educational know-how exemplified by good practices, which would result in improvement of knowledge, skills and competence of people responsible for organisation and execution of educational services in selected, scientific institutions of agricultural sector. The paper recognises methodology, good practices as well as some threats affecting efficient transfer of knowledge from science to practice.
