The project focused on cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices between adult educators. The general aim of the project is to do research – through European cooperation – for appropriate solutions to enhance social integration of low-skilled adults by developing and implementing strategies for adult education providers, to increase the availability of education.

TEAM4Excellence (T4E) is an NGO founded in 2017. T4E is managed by a single tier board, chaired by a President and headquartered in the city of Constanta, South-East Romania. T4E involves 15+ young people and adults, including managers, technicians, admin staff, teachers, trainers and researchers.
SCOPE OF WORK
We began to prepare Erasmus+ project which aims to find and research innovative ways of teaching individuals (mainly over 50 years old) who are not IT literate, are unsure or do not know how to make use of modern technologies and solutions in their every day life or work.

The project deals with boosting the entrepreneurial skills of adult women out of employment. The project coordinator – association "Latvijas Sporta izglītības iestāžu „Direktoru padome”" (transl. Eng. – Board of Directors of Sports Educational Institutions of Latvia, hereinafter – LSIIDP) is founded in late 1990s with an aim to solve issues in relation with actions of sports schools and sports clubs in Latvia, to represent their interests in state institutions and other organisations as well as facilitate development of youth sports and improve the sport's system in Latvia, and popularize the youth sports in the country. Today LSIIDP unifies 80 members. All sports schools of Latvia are municipal authorities, and both municipalities and the state finance them. LSIIDP members engage almost 1600 coaches and more than 34 000 children and youth between ages 5 and 25. LSIIDP represents the sports schools (educational institutions implementing vocational oriented education programmes as well as intereset-related education programmes including a specified content of sports education) of Latvia and is a long-term social partner of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia.
