Záverečná konferencia k projektu BUK Úloha miest a obcí v procese integrácie štátnych príslušníkov tretích krajín

Združenie miest a obcí Slovenska (ZMOS) pozýva na záverečnú konferenciu k projektu BUK – Budovanie kapacít na úrovni miestnej územnej samosprávy v oblasti integračnej politiky, ktorá sa bude konať 11. júna 2015 v Liptovskom Mikuláši (Hotel Klar, ul. 1. mája 117).

Ромите, ангажирани в най-нискоквалифицирана миграция, се оказват най-засегнати от предизвикателствата при срещата с образователната система – са резултатите от доклада "Капанът на (не)подвижността: "Мобилни хора срещу статични институции" на Центъра за либерални стратегии и Фондация „РискМонитор". Изследването показва проблемите в образованието, с които се сблъскват при завръщането си деца, живели повече от година в чужбина и доколко ромските деца са интегрирани в българското училище.

Webinar: Innovative digitale Methoden in der politischen Erwachsenenbildung

Zur Zeit entstehen zahlreiche innovative Online-Bildungsformate. Dazu gehören beispielsweise MOOCs, der Flipped Classroom oder Webinare. Offenheit, Partizipation, Vernetzung und ggf. Internationalität gehören zu den Merkmalen der neuen Bildungsformate. Die Chancen und Herausforderungen der neuen Ansätze lassen sich für viele ErwachsenenbildnerInnen noch schwer abschätzen. 

This study explores how and why literacy programmes can contribute to sustainable development and processes of women’s empowerment. The paper argues that only by looking in depth at literacy learning and development practices can we begin to address the challenge of narrowing the gender gap in literacy attainment. The paper reviews a range of adult literacy programmes and distills principles of good practice in order to arrive at recommendations for future action. It makes a case for the importance of literacy to sustainable development and the empowerment of women.

Volgens de Nederlandse gevangenissector is er sprake van laaggeletterdheid onder gevangenen. Daarom is een pilot opgezet die wordt uitgevoerd in een aantal gevangenissen. Taalmeter, een online test, wordt gebruikt om een indicatie te krijgen van het niveau van geletterdheid van de gevangene. Wanneer de resultaten een indicatie van potentiele laaggeletterdheid geven, wordt de gevangene gekoppeld aan een taalvrijwilliger. De vrijwilliger geeft 1-op-1 taalles en -coaching.

At the age of 61 he found about a project to support elderly house bound people co funded by the European Union by the European Social Fund. Now he is employed six hours a day as a social assistant.

Homme esineb Tartus kaasava hariduse konverentsil "Teada või katsetada: strateegiad, mis klassiruumis tegelikult töötavad" Uus-Meremaa haridusteadlane David Mitchell, keda peetakse rahvusvaheliselt üheks tipptegijaks kaasava hariduse valdkonnas.

Prawo wszystkich ludzi do edukacji zostało potwierdzone przez wiele europejskich i międzynarodowych konwencji. W Europie prawo osób pozbawionych wolności do dostępu do edukacji i możliwości uczenia się podczas pobytu w więzieniu zostało wyrażone w wielu dokumentach strategicznych takich jak European Prison Rules (Europejskie Reguły Więzienne), uaktualnione w 2006, i w dokumencie Rady Europy Education in Prison, Edukacja w więzieniu, (1990).

W dniu 14 maja 2015, inicjatywy Lidera Cyfryzacji w Polsce, Włodzimierza Marcińskiego, podpisany został „Manifest na rzecz rozwoju kompetencji cyfrowych w Polsce”. Sygnatariuszami dokumentu są przedstawiciele administracji publicznej, organizacji pozarządowych oraz środowiska biznesu i edukacji w Polsce. Celem Manifestu jest promowanie działań na rzecz rozwoju kompetencji cyfrowych społeczeństwa polskiego.

´Them’ and ‘Us`: Citizenship Education in an Interdependent World

Starting point of this year’s conference will be the question of how to reimagine and define the role of citizenship education in increasingly divided and polarized societies. Fundamentalist religious, ethnic and cultural perceptions of ‘Them’ and ‘Us` play an ever more important role in the ongoing crises and upheavals in today’s world. Increasingly rigid notions of belonging and identity are affecting the ability and the readiness for democratically solving conflicts on the international, European and national levels.

The European Commission recently published a report in which it monitored good practices across Europe in the areas of employment, social affairs and inclusion. Report on examples of projects funded by DG EMPL in 2011-2012

This exercise was performed in the context of the EU's Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI).

The aim of the report is to give an overview on national and regional strategies how e-learning is used and developed for training and education with prisoners in European countries. Countries covered by this research are: Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain (Catalonia and Fundación Diagramma), Sweden and the United Kingdom. The report is a resulf of the LICOS project realized within the Leonardo da Vinci programme.

Днес, 19 май, УНИЦЕФ представи пред политици, международни експерти и медии първото по рода си национално изследване за подрастващите и младежите в България, които нито работят, нито учат, нито се обучават – или т.нар. NEETs (neither in employment, nor in education or training).

Изследователска агенция ЕСТАТ по поръчка на УНИЦЕФ България направи оценка на състоянието и анализ на профила на подрастващите и младежите, които не работят, не учат и не се обучават (т.нар. група на NEETs). Целта на оценката е да бъдат изведени конкретни препоръки за ефективно справяне с феномена NEETs. Оценката е базирана на набор от количествени и качествени проучвания и дискусионни срещи сред подрастващи и младежи и сред представители на заинтересованите институции, осъществени в периода септември – декември 2014 г.

ОЕD е акроним на Обхващане, Овластяване и Многообразие в сферата на ученето на възрастни. Това е европейска мрежа, създадена по програма „Грюндвиг” на ЕС, която обединява 17 организации от 14 държави в Европа.

Levels of youth unemployment across the EU28 rose by just over 2% between 2010 and 2013 according to statistics from the European Youth Monitor. However, education and training indicators present a more positive picture with levels of early leaving from education and training on a downward trend across the EU28 as a whole

The right to education for all has been established by a number of European and International conventions. In Europe, the right of prisoners to access and participate in educational opportunities while in prison has been supported by a number of policy documents such as the European Prison Rules (updated in 2006) and the Council of Europe’s Education in Prison (1990) document.

Basic skills of prisoners tend to be below the average qualification level. DVV International compiled examples of good practice in prison education in Europe and other parts of the world. The brochure contains an article on the use of the literacy platform ich-will-lernen.de in German prisons as well as further case studies of prison education in South East Europe, Central Asia, North Africa and South America.

Slovenske oblasti naj bi do konca leta 2015 sprejele prvo celovito Strategijo za Rome. Gre za ključno priložnost za ureditev najbolj perečih vprašanj položaja romske skupnosti pri nas. Pomembno je, da bo strategija konkretna, z merljivimi cilji, s konkretnimi roki izvedbe ukrepov, z opredeljenimi odgovornostmi in zadolžitvami posameznih resorjev ter da bodo zagotovljena finančna sredstva za njeno izvedbo. Na to in še več opozarjajo Amnesty International Slovenije ter sedem romskih organizacij.

Ireland is the first European country to acquire a license to run the Latch-On programme. The progamme (Literacy & Technology Hands On) is two-year literacy programme for adults with intellectual disability. Latch-On was initiated and developed at the school of education at the University of Queensland and has a strong foundation in educational research and practice.
