Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI)

LSCI is an advanced interactive therapeutic strategy developed to turn crisis situations into learning opportunities for children and youth with chronic patterns of self-defeating behaviors. LSCI views problems or stressful incidents as opportunities for learning, growth, insight, and change. This non-physical intervention program uses a multi-theoretical approach to behavior management and problem solving. LSCI provides staff a roadmap through conflict to desired outcomes using crisis as an opportunity to teach and create positive relationships.

I øjeblikket hjemsendes eller fyres medarbejdere i massevis på grund af udbruddet af Covid-19. En forfærdelig situation for mange. For nogle kan den frigjorte tid imidlertid bruges på efter- og videreuddannelse, og skal det ske, kræver det en aktiv indsats. Særligt ledere kan gøre en stor forskel for medarbejderes lyst til at tage en uddannelse.

Grozījumi Profesionālās izglītības likumā paredz noteikt, ka audzēknis varēs saņemt valsts atzītu dokumentu ne tikai par visas profesionālās izglītības programmas apguvi, bet arī par atsevišķu programmas daļu apguvi. Tādējādi tiek mainīta līdzšinējā pieeja un, vērtējot mācību rezultātus, tiks novērtēts sasniegtais, nevis konstatēts nepietiekami paveiktais. Tas ļaus profesionālās izglītības sistēmu veidot elastīgāku un orientēties uz katra konkrēta cilvēka vajadzībām un spējām, ātrāk reaģējot arī uz nozaru vajadzībām darba tirgū.

The Erasmus+ “European Animators For Youth – EAFY” project was launched in 2019 in a view to contribute to the setup of an EU Youth Strategy able to address the challenges that young people are facing all over Europe, through the provision of a harmonised curriculum for youth workers. In fact, according to the European policy of recognition of competences, in this field there is no harmonisation between EU members countries and animators from one country are not qualified in others members states. Furthermore, this lack does not support mobility of animators at European level.

In order to tell a worthy story, one has to single out information because everyone has limited time and space for expression - explains Giuliana Provenzale from the Italian Euro-net association. Italian instructors taught seniors and educators from Elbląg (Poland) some methods of storytelling. The workshops were held from 26th to 29th of November 2019 at the Centre of  European Meetings “Światowid” as a part of Erasmus+ project entitled “Elbląg’s educators for the seniors”.

We are looking for one more partner for the project we are going to submit - DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING SKILLS OF ADULT EDUCATION STAFF.

We plan to develop the trainig course - this course will be addressed to educators who provide international trainings, with expertise in the given area, but who do not have the skills to deliver trainings.

Az oktatási kultúra digitalizációs megújulása – bár lassan követi a technikai fejlődést –, de folyamatos Magyarországon. Mind az eszközök, mind a tanári metodika folyamatosan a változás, a megújulás kényszere alatt áll. A mostani helyzet, azonban az eddigi folyamatokat rendkívüli mértékben felgyorsította. Gyakorlatilag berobbant az oktatás minden színterére, és cselekvésre késztet minden szereplőt (intézményt, oktatót, tanulót, oktatási szakembereket, döntéshozókat).

We are in the process of applying for KA204 project concerning Talent Management and Job Crafting. 

The project concerns the redefining of vocational paths for adults and the ways to facilitate the re-integration of adults in the work market through talent management and job crafting.
