We are interested in projects in the fields of Adult Education K1 and K2:
1) Learning languages through play for children, families, supporting parents in learning their children's languages: training for parents and guardians, developing methods to support learning languages at home, running a Club for families bringing up multilingual children.
2) Promotion of positive attitude, tolerance towards different cultures, languages, people from different countries, counteracting racism.
3) Supporting immigrants, foreigners in adaptation in the country of residence.
4) Projects in the field of supporting Polish parents and foreigners in raising children in respect and in a sustainable way: NVC: non-violent communication, Attachment Parenting, positive psychology; slow life: meditation, mindfulness, and yoga for parents and children
We create space for the emergence and development of a multilingual, multinational and multicultural community supporting mutual language learning and cultural exchange. In the Foundation, we cultivate learning of minority languages in mixed families living in Krakow, but we also support the learning of different foreign languages by Polish children through integration and contact with foreigners living in our city.
We are already a partner of the Erasmus Plus project: "The Multilingual Families Club" K2 in Adult Education, which aims to preserve the languages and cultures of immigrants living in the EU and to promote multilingualism among European society. Immigrants and multilingual people represent the linguistic treasure of Europe, which should be preserved in order to enrich the linguistic and multicultural diversity of our continent.
Our team has large experience in NVC: non-violent communication area, running classes for parents and we are gathering experience in supporting families in raising multilingual kids etc. In these areas, we can share our knowledge.
We would like to be a partner in a project covering areas above learn from others, share our experience and create new methodologies.
