Among the factors that influence educational systems and that produce significant effects on students, we start from the premise that the teacher's happiness is the core of the process leading to the success of the learner. Above all, the well-being of the teacher at work enhances his ability to take care of all pupils, which directly influences his role in reducing social inequalities within the school. The goal of the project is to generate new ideas, to create enthusiasm around the job, promoting existing models where happiness is blatant and generates a virtuous circle, where teamwork and cooperation is not drived in a theoretical way, but is obviously implemented in the school. Many devices, rightly centered on the student, already exist in institutions. For all that, considering the professional well-being of the teacher as the keystone of success changes our view of our educational system, and bets on a more global vision, which changes the point of view and puts the pedagogical relationship in the center, as a key cog, guaranteeing the success of the system as a whole.
Some factors of happiness can constitute operational tracks of the project:
Ø The physical working environment and digital tools
Ø The human environment and the positive potential for exchange with peers Ø The quality of support and field support
Ø Positive relationship to hierarchy and managerial innovation
Ø Responsibility and autonomy
Ø A posteriori feedback of the effects of the teacher's actions on his pupils
A network of institutions could be created around this idea, basing the work on exchanges of practices at all levels: governance, projects, operation, .... A co-built tool centralizes data (platform, videos, mooc, ...) and is the guideline of the project, while capitalizing the feedback, proposing a transferability of ideas generated.
