La Confederazione europea dei sindacati (CES) ha chiesto una più ampia gamma di criteri di qualità per l'apprendistato, presentando un nuovo rapporto di studio. "Ma il 'periodo d'oro' di interesse per l'apprendistato dovrebbe lasciare il posto a un 'periodo d'oro' di attuazione delle strategie", scrive Jeff Bridgford del King's College di Londra.
