December marked the end of our three-month thematic focus on adult learning at the workplace. During this time, we explored in detail what challenges lie ahead for adult learning at the workplace, how workplace learning can be beneficial for companies and we collected good practice examples from across Europe.

Декември бележи края на нашия тримесечен фокус върху ученето на възрастни на работното място. През това време проучихме подробно какви предизвикателства стоят пред обучението на възрастни на работното място, как обучението на работното място може да бъде полезно за компаниите и събрахме примери за добри практики от цяла Европа.

Van oktober tot december besteedde EPALE extra aandacht aan leren op het werk. In deze periode onderzochten we welke uitdagingen dit met zich meebrengt, hoe leren op het werk in het voordeel van bedrijven is, en we verzamelden goede praktijkvoorbeelden uit heel Europa.

We organized a seminar about learning at the workplace in the 21st century. We gave a seminar to the teachers and trainees of our institution in the conference hall of our institution.

In this seminar, we took advantage of the presentation prepared by Hüseyin Kaygın and also used EPALE's thematic pages about workplace learning. We sincerely thank our teachers and trainees for their contributions.

Changing and increasing skills demands, coupled with economic, demographic and technological developments are making it more important than ever for Member States to have in place modern adult learning systems. All adults, regardless of their level of education or qualifications, need opportunities and incentives to continue learning throughout life, whether it be for maintaining their employability, for fuller participation in our digital society, or for personal fulfilment.

IETC-PS is always trying to keep up with change (social, cultural and economic). We strongly believe that our vocational school has to be a place of education to tolerance, diversity and human progress.

Transgender has become a componant of our society and we feel concerned with this cultural evolution.

IETC's teachers and administrative staff would like to integrate the new forms of genders into our work culture. Thanks to the KA104 program, we would like to investigate this matter and adapt our work habits.

A magyarok több mint fele hajlandó lenne átképezni magát Világszinten az emberek 67 százaléka lenne hajlandó átképezni magát, hogy megbirkózzon a globalizáció és a technológiai változások munkavégzésre gyakorolt hatásával, 65 százalékuk pedig jelentős erőfeszítéseket fordít készségei fejlesztésére. Ez derült ki a Boston Consulting Group (BCG) 197 ország 366 ezer dolgozójának megkérdezésével készített felmérésének adataiból. A munkaerőpiaci érvényesüléshez szükséges ismeretek elsajátítására a legtöbb időt Kínában, Nigériában, Egyiptomban és Kenyában fordítják, míg a nyugat-európai és észak-amerikai válaszadók sokkal kevesebb időt fordítanak a tanulásra, a BCG és a The Network Decoding Global Trends in Upskilling and Reskilling című tanulmánya szerint.

Wer in Branchen arbeitet, die einem starken digitalen Wandel  ausgesetzt sind, braucht strukturierte Weiterbildung, um Schritt zu halten: Das gilt besonders für angelernte Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer. Der Leitfaden „Nachqualifizierung mit digitalen Lehr- und Lernkonzepten“ stellt am Beispiel Betonindustrie vor, wie Betriebe nicht formal Qualifizierte am Arbeitsplatz weiterbilden und zum Berufsabschluss führen können. Entwickelt und getestet wurde das innovative Konzept vom Forschungsinstitut betriebliche Bildung (f-bb) zusammen mit Partnern aus der Betonindustrie.
