In der Digitalisierungsdebatte liegt der Fokus oft auf dem technologischen Fortschritt und seiner Diffusion in betriebliche Prozesse. Weniger Beachtung finden die Bestrebungen der Betriebe, benötigte Kompetenzen zu vermitteln. In diesem Beitrag wird mithilfe des BIBB-Qualifizierungspanels der Zusammenhang zwischen betrieblicher Kompetenzförderung und Technologienutzung untersucht.

En ny rapport fra Forskningscenter for Uddannelseskvalitet, professionspolicy og praksis, VIA University College, viser, hvordan uddannelsesinstitutioner kan understøtte lærendes kompetenceudvikling og fremme overføringen af indlæringsresultater til praksis. Det er ikke kun undervisningen, men også faktorer knyttet til den enkelte deltager og til arbejdspladsen, som er afgørende for virksomheden af efter- og videreuddannelse. El proyecto Erasmus+ “ROI-MOB" surgió de la idea de diferentes socios comprometidos con la movilidad en la Formación Profesional, con el fin de mejorar la calidad de su oferta, disponer de herramientas que hagan más atractiva la experiencia de prácticas en el extranjero para los jóvenes, identificar empresas de acogida y concienciarlas sobre los beneficios de emplear a personas que han vivido esta experiencia. 

 Accommodation and food sectors are one of those sectors that intermediate staff is needed the most. In terms of the health of society, the risk is higher compared to other sectors. In the lodging and food industry, control sheets are used to monitor the observance of secure food production during food production, food presentation, delivery and storage processes. EU standard businesses in the tourism sector need qualified staff who are able to produce and present the desired food. The aim of our project is to present a quality assurance system for hygiene and provide hygiene-conscious staff ensuring continuity of hygiene. The main goal of the project is to train and employ students studying in the fields of Accommodation and Travelling Services, and Food Technology as the qualified staff who may apply international hygiene standards, which is required for quality management system in the sector.

Following the last reform of ongoing vocational training, AFEST (Action for Workplace Learning) has become a teaching method in its own right. A formal training device, AFEST derives from precisely structured engineering. EPALE France has associated itself with the journal Education Permanente, issue No. 216 of which focuses on learning and training in the workplace, to propose a day of discussions and considerations of AFEST.
